Weight lifting



Here is the pair of dumbbells that my older sister and I bought a week ago.. Each dumbbell weighs 3 lbs.. I planned to used this everyday with 5 different weight lifting exercises with three repetitions having 10 counts each.. Actually I've already started last week and  I am really hoping that I get some results soon..



Aerobic exercise

Good morning!!! i just started my day with an aerobic exercise.. i got a very simple aerobic exercise from youtube and it has a very nice music.. i really thought that the steps were easy to follow but then i wasn't able to do all the steps.. but i will not give up.. I've decided to do this exercise everyday.. i hope i will learn all the steps soon..  Below is the link of the aerobic exercise that i've been doing.. Enjoy!!!
