 I want to share this two delightful food that I was able to taste and eat during our trip in Ilocos Norte. The first one is the famous ilocos empanada. If you look at it, it only seems like an ordinary orange colored empanada. But no, its not!! It was really delicious and if you taste it, you might want to eat more of it..I really love it especially when you pour some vinegar to it as well as ketchup.. Second dish is their miki noodles. I think their noodles are homemade that is why it is really delicious. I love the texture of the noodles and it doesn't leave any sharp feeling in your tongue. I am looking forward to come back to Batac and eat some more of their empanada and miki noodles... wait!! i realized something!!! It seems that they really love orange, look at the color of the two pics...hahaha!!!

A Majestic Place: Kapurpurawan Rock Formation

     I want to share these photos because we we're really astonished as we saw this rock formation. Philippines is very lucky to have this kind place which we, Filipinos can be proud of. God is really amazing in crafting this kind of creation. No creation of people can be compared with what god has created. We are lucky enough to see the rock formation in close up because we reached the place early and the care taker is not yet around. They said that they don't allow the tourists to go up there because it dangerous. Thank God that even though we're all "pasaway", we were all okay.. hehehe..
